Send Gabe forms to fill out.

In order to complete the required paperwork involved in NOT hiring Gabe,
 you must send him some forms.

If you are a local business or a non-profit,
A simple form optionally requesting his race , gender and creed as well as
a lengthier form requesting all the information you didn't review on his resume will be sufficient.

If, on the other hand, you are a national company or a government institution,
Additional forms will be required.  Good information to request are:

Birth Date
Marital Status
Criminal History
Past Associations
Hat Size
Refrigerator Inventory
Lung Capacity
Gullibility Rating

If you are a software or other hi-tech company it would also be wise to send Gabe a
Non-Disclosure Agreement or NDA .
This will get his hopes up while at the same time insuring you can sue him if he goes to work for your competitors.

Be sure to lose any responses you may get, either in the trash or in your filing system .
Remember, any piece of mail from a stranger is a potential BIOHAZARD!
Even innocent-looking manila envelopes could contain deadly germs, like ANTHRAX!
